McDougall Devcon - About Us

Mr. McDougall started his career in field of civil engineering in 1986. His engineering experience started as a drafter while attending college. During his engineering career he advanced through the positions of designer, soils technician, construction inspector, land surveyor, project engineer, project manager, expert witness, consultant, principal and owner. Working in these positions gave him intimate knowledge of complete design build processes. He holds professional licenses in civil engineering, land surveying, general contracting and real estate.

McDougall Devcon was founded in 1999 to help meet the engineering needs of the Arizona real estate development and construction sectors. We have worked diligently on numerous engineering and construction projects throughout our history. Our experience includes a spectrum of projects from single unit custom homes sites, to sports facilities, to master planned communities with both commercial and residential land use elements.
