Mr. McDougall has 25 consective years in the field of civil engineering. His engineering experience started as a drafter while attending Phoenix College for his degree in Civil Engineering Technology. During his engineering career he advanced through the positions of designer, soils technician, construction inspector, land surveyor, project engineer, project manager, expert witness, consultant, principal and owner. Working in these various positions gave him intimate knowledge of complete design build processes. He holds professional licenses in civil engineering, land surveying, residential and commercial general contracting.

The business was started in 1999 to help meet the engineering service needs of the Arizona business community. Work at McDougall Devcon includes numerous engineering and construction projects throughout our history with everything from single unit residential custom homes to master planned communities having both commercial and residential land use elements.
