Planning the project is some of the most important time spent at the front end of each project. Our past experience allows us to layout the correct steps to meet the requirements of each specific type of application process. Whether it's a lot split or a planned area development for master planned community we have the knowledge and expertise to help complete the project entitlement process with the correct approach.

On previous projects we have identified potential conflicts related to infrastructure systems and proposed alternate solutions which have been implemented and thereby reduced construction costs by hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Our planning processes include; due diligence investigations, zoning changes, feasibility studies, impact fees, utilities research, locating easements, preliminary designs, site plans, density calculations, plan amendments and other entitlement application processes that vary by jurisdiction.
