During construction we provide documentation to monitor progress of work. We coordinate testing of materials. Our staff provides services for all phases from preconstruction bids through final close out and follow up if warranty work if required. We are familiar with construction practices, local codes and specifications to help ensure the construction is done correctly and receives approval upon completion of requirements.
